   Stranger Creek Realty offers property management services in the areas of Residential, Commercial Rental property and also Farm Management.  Rates depend upon the size of the activity and style of service requested.  Generally the services are priced based on a percentage of the gross revenues.  The larger scale operation will usually be priced as a smaller percentage.
